I had an average interview that started well but was derailed when the interviewer left due to technical issues and never followed up.

Business manager connection (LinkedIn) + same-day scheduling — After an initial LinkedIn discussion, we set a time and started the call.
Interview interruption — The interviewer’s internet lagged; they left mid-interview.
No reschedule / no response — I waited for over 15 minutes and then messaged about whether to stay on or leave; afterward there was still no follow-up.
Outcome — No offer. Outcome: No offer—an abrupt, disrespectful end to the call with no rescheduling communication.
