I went through an easy, recruiter-led loop that felt friendly at first but ended with silence over a short timeline.

Recruiter screen — A calm conversation where they said they’d get back to me, but I never received an update; later they contacted me on LinkedIn, with no real follow-up.
Waiting / follow-up — I chased for any next step, but the process just stopped and felt like they “disappeared.”
Outcome / communication — No offer and no clear closure. Outcome: No further stages and no meaningful feedback—go in only to practice, because responsiveness seemed unreliable.
