I went through a fast, low-to-easy recruitment flow where I repeated my details multiple times and the technical part felt aligned with the role.

CV intake / admin — They asked for my CV, but I had to re-share the same information several times (3–4).
Technical interview — A relatively comfortable technical discussion that matched the position.
Multi-stakeholder outreach — The process was quick, but I got many calls from people in different roles, with different salary ranges.
Outcome — Even with the process moving rapidly, I didn’t end up with an offer. Outcome: No offer—steps were easy and role-relevant, but the number of touchpoints and repetitive admin stood out.
