Warren, MIPosted Dec 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied for a virtual position, so there weren’t any physical meetings.

The interview process felt smooth, but it was a bit drawn out. It started with an HR interview, then I met with the hiring manager.

After that, there was a second interview with the hiring manager and additional team members. I liked how thorough the organization was and how structured the vetting seemed—there was a clear effort to make sure the people they brought in were a strong match. The downside was simply timing; my original interview was in October and the process wrapped up in late November, which felt longer than I expected.
