My hiring process went well, and I found the HR recruiter and the hiring managers to be professional and genuinely nice.

Beforehand, I did my homework on Glassdoor, which helped me feel more ready for the style of questions they used.

A big part of what I encountered leaned into situational questions. They also informed me about the process from start to finish, so I knew what to expect and when. The only real negative I noticed was that pay was non-negotiable, and that constraint shaped how I evaluated everything after the interviews.
