I started as an intern and later got referred by an employee, and that context made the process feel pretty standard to me.

It began with an initial phone interview, and then about two weeks later I was pulled into a panel-style interview.

I ended up feeling intimidated because I went through two panels, and both times the interviewers seemed to be reading from sheets of provided questions. Each panel lasted around 30 to 45 minutes, and the questions overlapped with repetition since I don’t think they communicated which group would ask which questions. I came away thinking it could have been more organized, even though the overall structure was familiar.
