Press ganey Account Executive interview experience

I met with four or five managers, and they rotated through questions, which meant I had to stay switched-on across different people and different pacing.

There were also several groups, and they asked rapid-fire questions. What surprised me was how consistent the line of questioning stayed across sessions—you could end up hearing the same general thread of questions more than once. The overall setup could be intimidating, but the structure was clear enough that I could tell what they were trying to assess.
