SpainPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied for the Sales Development Representative track and the process moved quickly until I hit a video unidirectional interview.

At that point, I decided not to continue. Even though the questions themselves didn’t sound especially hard, the format made everything feel cold and impersonal—there wasn’t any real back-and-forth, just me talking to a screen. That lack of human interaction made me anxious and very uncomfortable, and it felt especially misaligned for a sales role where connection and communication really matter. I chose to stop rather than push through a process that didn’t feel like it would reflect how I actually work.
