The process took longer than I expected.

It ended up being quite lengthy—around 20 days—to complete three rounds of technical interviews. Coordination on the HR side felt limited, and I mainly communicated by email, with little to no back-and-forth through calls.

What surprised me was how drawn out it became just from a coordination standpoint. The interviews themselves were fine, but the lack of timely communication made the overall experience drag.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest frustration was that there wasn’t enough engagement during the process, despite the time required.
