After a recruiter screen, I moved into in-person interviews with both a hiring manager and the broader team.

Recruiter phone screen — I had an initial phone interview; once I passed, I was scheduled for in-person interviews.
In-person interviews: manager + team — I interviewed with the hiring manager and team, including a panel that mixed one-on-one and group formats. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that the recruiter experience was responsive and the process overall felt well-run.
