My path followed a clear ladder from recruiter screening into online testing and then manager/director interviews.

Recruiter prescreen — I spoke with a recruiter first.
Online tests — I took two online assessments: one similar to an IQ-style test and another focused on personality traits.
Support Manager interview — Next was an interview with the Support Manager.
Support Director interview — Finally, I interviewed with the Support Director. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the process was structured around personality fit and support leadership evaluation.
