I started with a group discussion where they shortlisted ten people out of sixty candidates.

After that, I took the CCAT test, which had about forty questions.

The next step was a technical interview that was pretty subject-related, focused on fundamentals, and then there was an HR round at the end. Overall, it felt like a high-volume funnel, and the company moved through stages decisively.

They eventually hired four people, but I wasn’t one of them. Still, the journey was clear and linear, and I knew where I stood at each checkpoint.
