My process was pretty lean and centered on technical rounds.

I went through two rounds of technical evaluation that mixed system design thinking with coding. One of the technical parts was a live coding round where I was asked to build some kind of API. The final stage was with the hiring manager, where the discussion wrapped up the fit from a role perspective.

Difficulty was average, and the overall feel leaned more toward practical problem-solving and structured conversation than behavioral-only screening. I didn’t end up getting an offer.
