The first recruiter call I had lasted too long and kept drifting off topic, and it made the whole start feel inefficient.

The technical interview with an engineer also didn’t land well for me because it didn’t seem like it measured engineering skill in a meaningful way. I remember running into two questions about CSS, which felt disconnected from what I thought an engineering interview should evaluate.

Overall, it was an easy-tagged experience difficulty-wise, but it was still frustrating because the process didn’t feel like it captured my fit for the role. I didn’t get an offer, and what stood out most was how the format and question choices made it hard for me to feel that I was being assessed fairly.
