Postman Full Stack Engineer interview experience

The interviewer was friendly and the whole thing felt conversational rather than a rigid question-and-answer session. Instead of trying to “quiz” me, they worked to understand how I was thinking.

I remember having a back-and-forth discussion where the core goal wasn’t just the final response, but the reasoning behind it. I felt like they were trying to see my approach, not just whether I could recall details under pressure. Walking out, I felt okay about it because the tone was supportive, and I wasn’t being treated like the answers mattered more than how I arrived at them.
