Postman Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Easy

Negative

BengaluruPosted Mar 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I only made it through the very first phone interview after a recruiter reached out.

We kept it simple—just a call, not any collaborative editor or coding environment. The conversation felt like a real technical discussion, and I left it feeling optimistic, like I’d be able to move to the next round.

After a few days, though, I received a rejection email. It was especially frustrating because I had followed up afterward and it felt like the process just went quiet.

The difficulty was described as easy, but the experience didn’t match that calm feeling—getting rejected after a good technical conversation left me annoyed more than anything.
