Later in the process, I had HR and a personal remote set of interviews with upper management.

The goal was to understand the role and talk through my experience and what I expected from the process and the job.

These rounds felt difficult, mostly because they were high-level conversations where I had to be clear and consistent about my story. At the same time, communication seemed straightforward, and I got relatively quick feedback after the call.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the most notable part was that the process had a sense of clarity around expectations from the management side, even though it ended without a win.
