Postman Software Engineer interview experience

The work used JavaScript with things like jsnode and JSON. After I completed the assignment, there was a code review followed by a cultural interview.

Both later conversations happened over the phone, and the interviewers were polite and genuinely open to questions. That openness made a difference; it didn’t feel like a gotcha situation.

The difficulty was easy overall, and I did receive an offer. The biggest thing I remember is how the assignment-to-review flow felt clean, and how willing the interviewers were to engage rather than shutting everything down.
