My process ended up being five rounds, and overall it felt difficult.

The first stage was a screening round, then there was a technical assessment round, followed by a machine coding round.

After the coding-focused part, I had a system design round where the conversations shifted from implementation to architecture and design thinking. The last stage was a hiring manager round, wrapping everything up with a broader discussion.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even so, the flow was clear and structured—screening into deeper technical evaluation, then design and a final leadership conversation.
