Postman Software Engineer interview experience

Instead of dropping a bunch of logistics and disappearing, the recruiter actually joined a Zoom call with me at each step, which made the process feel organized rather than rushed.

Interviews themselves were encouraging, and I felt helped to do my very best instead of being put on edge. I don’t remember a huge amount of granular question detail, but the atmosphere and structure stayed consistent throughout.

Difficulty was average and I received an offer. Honestly, the biggest impression wasn’t any single technical round—it was how supported I felt as the process unfolded.
