I applied online and, after a few days, a recruiter called to set up a telephonic introduction.

That call happened the same day I was scheduled, and it mostly focused on getting aligned on my background before moving things forward. Once the recruiter screen was done, they immediately scheduled my technical round.

The process itself felt straightforward and fairly paced—recruiter call first, then a technical interview right after. My journey ended before the process reached a final offer, and it mostly left me thinking that the technical round would have been the real deciding step.
