After a personality assessment, I met with a sales manager for a fairly short conversation about the role and whether I felt like a fit.

The whole vibe was easygoing and not very intimidating, and it felt like the purpose was simply to see if I could do the job and slot into the team.

What stood out was how casual the discussion felt right after the assessment. I didn’t get the sense that they were trying to trip me up; it was more like they were checking alignment and readiness. Overall it left me feeling optimistic about the opportunity and the people I spoke with.
