Poshmark Software Engineer interview experience

The difficulty level felt fairly medium overall, and the timeline moved quickly enough that the whole thing took about a week.

What stood out to me was how the discussions felt coordinated across the different groups, even though there were multiple interviewers from different locations. I ended up getting an offer and accepted it, so the ending matched the effort of the week.

Even though it wasn’t easy, the pace and the cross-team nature made it feel like they were actively aligning across perspectives rather than just running isolated interviews.
