After a couple of technical discussions, the process abruptly derailed on communication.

I had one technical round from the US and another technical interview from India. Then, despite everything already being scheduled, there was a no-show.

I tried to get in touch with the recruiter for feedback, but they didn’t answer my calls and didn’t respond over email either. It honestly left a sour feeling, because at that point I wasn’t even sure what happened or whether my time had been wasted or simply forgotten. The technical parts had been straightforward, but the lack of basic follow-through made the overall experience feel unmanaged.
