I went through HireVue plus a pattern recognition test and then an in-person superday for the Financial Analyst role, and it felt unusually casual with no real technical focus.

HireVue + pattern recognition — I completed HireVue and then a pattern recognition test.
In-person superday — The final stage was an in-person superday.
No technical questions — Across this journey, there were essentially no technical questions.
Culture impression — I also left with the impression that the finance team wasn’t especially energized. Outcome: No offer—the experience was low on technicals and felt casual, but I didn’t advance.
