My journey for the Data Scientist role was average on paper technically, but the process itself was brutal—slow feedback, then quick termination without clarity.

Initial outreach + intermediate screens — I first got a short call request, then received a Hackerrank and a video interview.
Follow-up phone interviews — after nearly two weeks with little communication, I scheduled two 30-minute calls with data scientists from the team.
Status chasing with no response — I repeatedly reached out to HR afterward and never received replies; after about a month, I got an email that they weren’t continuing. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that communication quality and timing heavily affected the experience.
