I attended a Point72 virtual interview ahead of a super day that felt average and not overly technical, but required me to be up to date on markets.

Virtual pre-superday interview — I went through a behavioral-focused virtual interview with a few questions aimed at testing my interest in public markets.
Market awareness expectations — Even though it wasn’t described as difficult, I needed to be aware of recent market events, with the suggestion to track stocks ahead of time and read relevant company news. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was to pair basic behavioral prep with concrete, current market knowledge.
