I faced a demanding Financial Analyst journey where a week-long case study came very early and ended the process.

First round: resume + questionnaire/short essays — I began with my resume plus a questionnaire that included short essay answers.
Case study (week to complete) — I had one week to complete the case study.
Rejection after case — I was rejected after that case stage.
HR call + manager interview — These later steps were described as part of the overall structure, but my case performance ended it before proceeding. Outcome: Rejected, and the takeaway was that the early case write-up was a major gatekeeper.
