For the Financial Analyst role, my interview journey was intense and multi-stage, ending with an in-person assessment center.

Written question — I started with a written prompt.
Case interview — Next was a case interview.
HR interview — Then I did an HR conversation.
Coach interviews — I had two coaching interviews.
In-person assessment centre — Finally, I attended an in-office assessment center focused on fit, drive, and commercial awareness for markets. Outcome: No offer—the process was very difficult and culminated in an intensive in-person evaluation.
