I went through a relatively simple Point72 interview process that felt average, with a straightforward progression from intro calls to multiple behavioral interviews.

Introductory phone call + first call — I had an introductory phone call, then a first-round phone call.
Behavioral interviews (3 x 30 minutes) — The second round consisted of three 30-minute behavioral interviews with generally uncomplicated questions. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the bar was mainly about clear, consistent behavioral responses rather than heavy technical work.
