I had a fairly straightforward Financial Analyst interview journey driven by essays, then a case, then a final discussion with an academy coach.

Application (essay questions) — I answered a few essay prompts with my application.
Case + HR screen — After receiving a case, I had an HR interview that focused on reviewing it.
Final round: academy coach — I met with an academy coach and the questions were described as pretty straightforward. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that clarity in the case and comfortable coaching-style Q&A were essential.
