I went through a tough, multi-stage Financial Analyst hiring pipeline with case work, several interviews including HR and a coach, and portfolio manager conversations, ending with an in-person superday abroad.

Round 1: case — I completed a case.
Round 2: HR — An HR interview followed.
Round 3: coach (NY office) — A coach interview took place in the New York office.
Round 4: portfolio managers — I met with portfolio managers.
Round 5: on-site multiple rounds / superday (Hong Kong) — The final stage included multiple on-site rounds and a superday in Hong Kong. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was that the process was deep and global, so you needed sustained performance through repeated portfolio-manager evaluation.
