I went through an OA-to-team-interview-to-take-home sequence for the Data Scientist role in a process that felt heavy but ended with no feedback.

Online assessment (OA) — about 1 SQL question and 2 algorithm questions.
Interviews with DS team members — two calls focused on my background plus some ML discussion.
Take-home data challenge — a take-home project described as a similar question to the earlier OA, with about a week to complete.
Post-submission follow-up — after submitting, HR went silent; even after apologies and promises to share feedback, I was still ghosted weeks later. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the biggest takeaway was the lack of timely communication after investing significant time
