New York, NYPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a sequence of interview calls with background questions plus fairly typical quant stats prompts like probability and other math questions.

There was also a long take-home as part of the process.

The overall experience felt disorganized, which was frustrating because it made it hard to understand what was happening and what they were looking for at each stage. When I didn’t get an offer, they didn’t provide feedback either, so I was left without clear closure.

Looking back, the lack of structure and communication was the biggest part of what stayed with me, more than any single question.
