I interviewed for Point72’s Business Analyst role in a very difficult process with multiple rounds, ending in an offer.

Phone call — the process started with a screening-style call.
Case stage — I then completed a case.
Several additional rounds — after the case, I went through multiple more interview rounds.
Behavioral round — the final step was behavioral. Outcome: I received an offer; the takeaway is that persistence through the full case-to-round sequence paid off, even though it was clearly demanding on time and effort.
