I went through a lighter, team-based process than the toughest OAs, but the overall vibe raised concerns about role fit and commoditization.

Interviews (two calls with team members) — first reviewing a project, then discussing technicals, followed by a final call.
Role fit / positioning discussion — the interviews included comparisons of the work to broader industry “commoditized” analytics and a framing of expectations for SDA-style work rather than research-heavy AI. Outcome: I didn’t end up moving forward, and the takeaway was that even when the process felt smoother, the role framing made me question long-term fit.
