I went through a classic early pipeline: an OA with SQL and coding, then HR and two technical behavioral interviews.

Online assessment (90 min) — Included one SQL problem and one easy/medium coding question.
HR phone screen (30 min) — A conversation with HR.
Technical behavioral interviews (2 rounds) — Two interviews focused on past projects and verifying I could support what I claimed on my resume. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that they used my project history to validate technical fit.
