I interviewed for a Point72 analyst role and found it positive but extremely long, taking roughly 11 months with many HR and PM-driven rounds.

Many-round process (HR + PM + competition rounds) — I went through a large number of stages involving HR, product/portfolio leadership, and competitive rounds.
Preparation emphasis — The experience reinforced the need to read up and keep lots of ideas ready. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the takeaway was that if you enjoy preparing and iterating through long multi-round loops, it can feel rewarding.
