JapanPosted Oct 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

In October 2019, the early stages were described as very easy and mostly procedural, starting with screening and video/assessment components.

Resume screening — My resume had to pass an initial screen.
Video recording interview + assessment test — I completed a recorded video interview along with an assessment.
Live video interview (if continuing) — If I progressed, I would do a live video interview.
Face-to-face interviews (if continuing further) — At the deepest stage, I expected several in-person interviews. Outcome: I didn’t reach the offer stage; it felt like a clear pipeline, though progression beyond the early steps depended on the later live and in-person rounds.
