The process felt smooth, even though I never got a clear sense of how long it would take end to end.

The main part of it was a series of one-hour interviews, and the topics skewed toward machine learning, coding, and math.

What I didn’t see much of was brainteasers or finance-specific questioning, which made the experience feel more like a quant technical screen than a puzzle-focused assessment. HR contacted me and I got the first interview within a week, so the timeline early on felt responsive.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the overall experience left me with the impression that the process was straightforward and fairly well-run, even if it didn’t ultimately go my way.
