My process included a harder probability-focused round that started with a phone call from someone in New York.

The interviewer even spoke in my native language, which made it much easier to stay relaxed while tackling the tougher questions.

They asked around eight questions total, mostly probability questions with a brainteaser feel. I was able to pause and think; he didn’t rush me, and the pacing gave me space to work through the reasoning step by step. Overall, it took about 50 minutes, but it felt mentally heavy in the best way—like the difficulty was real, not chaotic.

I didn’t end up with an offer from this track, but I came away confident that I could hold my own on unfamiliar probability
