I experienced Podium’s process as chaotic and, honestly, disrespectful of my time.

After a recruiter interview that initially went well, the next manager meeting felt off—he showed up late and then went straight into extremely personal, highly detailed questions about my prior bonus structure. There weren’t really typical interview questions in the flow, and it made me feel like the conversation was more about probing minutiae than understanding my background.
