My experience started normally enough—recruiter outreach, then a screening and follow-ups—but the decisive stage was the “sales pitch” task.

I had to sell the software to a local business as part of a presentation, and it was clearly framed as the final gate before they decide on an offer. When I didn’t move forward, I asked for feedback, but nothing meaningful came back.

Beyond that pitch, there was also a sense that the logistics weren’t reliable. I remember showing up for an in-person step only to be told to reschedule while I was already in their lobby, and then the person I was supposed to meet with still wasn’t available when I returned. That level of disorganization killed my motivation quickly.
