Podium Account Executive interview experience

The second call was the one that really tested me—cold-call roleplay where I had to think on my feet and communicate a sales approach clearly.

It was tough in a specific way because cold call roleplay can be brutal if you don’t have that muscle memory, and I could feel that during the exercise. The difficulty wasn’t about tricky trivia so much as performing under pressure and keeping the call moving with confidence.

I didn’t get the offer, but the process still felt fair in the sense that it matched the role’s actual needs: communication, speed, and the ability to handle objections live.
