I interviewed for the Software Engineer role and hit a hard barrier at the take-home coding challenge stage, which felt demanding even though the evaluation part was simpler.

HackerRank coding challenge (2h45) — I was given roughly 2 hours 45 minutes with two coding problems and a separate code evaluation task.
Challenge difficulty — The coding questions were described as quite difficult and time-consuming, while the evaluation piece was more straightforward. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the coding portion’s difficulty and time pressure were the main reason I didn’t advance.
