I interviewed for Software Engineer with a fairly compact pattern: online coding work first, then one or two focused phone screens, usually followed by a quick rejection.

Online assessment (2 questions, easy-ish) — I received an online test shortly after applying, spent time scheduling the next step, and the OA itself felt easy.
Phone screen(s) — coding-oriented — I faced one phone interview with a single technical question that I didn’t answer perfectly.
Additional phone round(s) — In similar runs, I had two ~phone-screen rounds where the second one included easy/medium LeetCode-style questions.
Occasional HR/experience focus — Some journeys included discussion of work on my resume; overall the technical focus stayed
