Philadelphia, PAPosted Feb 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer in a process that felt efficient in scheduling and supportive on the call, but didn’t always translate into an offer.

Online assessment → immediate scheduling — In one case, after I completed the OA, they quickly set up the phone interview.
Coding-focused phone interview — The phone interview lasted about an hour and was coding-oriented; the interviewer was patient and helpful.
Lytmus/OA tooling and logistics — Another experience included getting the OA rapidly after resume review.
Engineer-led phone screens + HR — In one path, I had two technical phone screens where the interviewer watched me solve problems in a web editor/terminal, followed by an HR interview and then a mentor
