I interviewed for Software Engineer with an OA-and-coding-challenge style flow that then led into multiple technical interview stages, including a difficult onsite.

Referral entry + coding challenge — One path started by getting an interview via referral, then a coding challenge had to be solved before moving forward.
Two phone screens — After that, I had two phone interviews with normal DS/algorithm problems, where I solved them and even received hints.
Onsite (harder, more follow-ups) — I was then invited to an onsite with many follow-ups and more complex/complexity-heavy problems. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that the onsite escalated difficulty quickly and demanded stronger complexity reasoning.
