I interviewed for Software Engineer in a shorter path that ended with a fast-sent rejection after the recruiter and scheduling were a bit slow.

Online assessment → phone screen — I completed an online assessment and then a phone screen that didn’t feel too difficult.
HR delays and outcome — HR was slow responding and setting dates; I also received a message that the position had already been filled. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that timing/availability issues sometimes ended things regardless of performance.
