I went through an OA-heavy process centered on HackerRank coding screens, followed by phone interviews, and it ended in rejection or silence despite my prep.

Online assessment (HackerRank) — Two-part challenge with coding questions and a more free-response style task about suggesting edits to provided code; usually described as straightforward but still challenging.
Phone interview — Focused on solving one or more algorithmic questions in an online codepad; if I couldn’t complete/optimize, I stopped after that round.
Follow-up / outcome — In one case the process abruptly ended after the second phone screen; in another, the online challenge had a strict “fail any tests = immediate rejection,” and I received no meaningful response
